Africa Resource Centre (ARC) is establishing a pan-African Talent Pool of high-quality technical experts to support governments, development partners and health systems in advancing the transformation of public health supply chains across the continent.
The Talent Pool is designed to enable ARC to rapidly identify and mobilise qualified expertise in response to emerging technical assistance needs and strategic priorities, supporting the implementation of the health products supply chain transformation agenda towards 2030.
We are seeking experienced professionals from diverse disciplines and countries who bring strong technical expertise, practical experience and an understanding of health systems and supply chains in African contexts.

Any future engagement is subject to program requirements, funding availability, government partnership arrangements, applicable selection and contracting approvals, and achievement of agreed performance objectives. The ToR envisages fixed-term appointments of three to five years, subject to these conditions; specific terms will be confirmed for approved opportunities.
