ARC is a trusted independent enabler of long-term supply chain transformation initiatives and investments in Africa. To drive long-term transformation and build the capacity of ministries of health, ARC follows a government-led process of generating demand for supply chain investment and brokering resources and expertise from all sectors. ARC endeavours to build an extensive network of private sector, academic and professional institution partners to achieve this.
ARC has partnered to build more efficient and effective supply chain systems in more than 10 African countries since 2017. Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and the United States Agency for International Development, ARC has established itself as a trusted, independent advisor to ministries of health, donors, implementation partners and the private sector. ARC aims to improve the capability of African governments to achieve their supply chain strategy sustainably to reach their national health objectives through:
