The Ministry of Health and its partners had been working to increase the availability of medicines to the last mile. It approached the ARC to support it by evaluating two last mile distribution pilots and contributing to its health products strengthening plan. ARC’s work has included strengthening the supply chain roadmap and continuous improvement plan, aligning stakeholders across the supply chain and applying learnings to scale up solutions for two last mile distribution pilots.
