NATIONAL STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
ARC worked with the Ministry of Health to implement the public health supply chain strategic plan and mobilise funding. The approach that ARC chose in Togo included the active involvement of the technical ministries in charge of the government budget. This step made it possible to make considerable progress concerning budgetary reforms and mobilising domestic resources to finance the public health supply chain.
