Prestation de services différenciés en Ouganda (DSD)

La prestation de services différenciés (DSD) est la stratégie et les interventions de la chaîne d'approvisionnement qui soutiennent la prestation de services et les soins différenciés. L'ARC soutiendra le programme de lutte contre le sida du ministère de la Santé pour qu'il continue d'évoluer et de transformer la stratégie et le modèle de DSD de l'Ouganda. L'ARC prévoit un partenariat pluriannuel sur plusieurs phases, l'objectif de la phase 1 étant de développer et d'optimiser le modèle DSD cible pour l'Ouganda.

TLD Transition

Kenya has around 1.1 million people on ART and is embarking on a similar transition. As in South Africa, there are context-specific transition challenges. For example, there are multiple existing regimens and risks of expiry and wastages of stock due to poor visibility of stock levels and consumption at lower levels of healthcare. ARC will support NASCOP in refining the current Kenyan supply chain plan for transitioning from Tenofovir /Lamivudine/ Efavirenz to TLD in a way that addresses these challenges, as well as systematically identifying the lessons learned.
