BURKINA FASO


Building partnerships with regional organisations: ARC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the African Association of Central Medical Stores to support regional level capacity building activities to strengthen competencies in Supply Chain Management.
Supply chain strategy: ARC is supporting the evaluation of the current strategy and development of the 2022 strategy to focus on the resilience of the public health supply chain, last mile distribution and end-to-end visibi

Supply chain strategy: ARC is supporting the evaluation of the current strategy and development of the 2021 strategy to focus on the resilience of the public health supply chain, last mile distribution and end-to-end visibility.


SENEGAL


Yeksi Naa (last mile distribution model) evaluation: An ARC-brokered team of consultants assessed key processes and workstreams of the public health supply chain to identify bottlenecks and make recommendations for the sustainability of the Yeksi Naa model.


TOGO


Supply chain strategy: ARC works to ensure the implementation of the national strategy roadmap and strengthen public health supply chain governance.
Fellowship programmes with private sector pharmaceutical industries: Providing technical support to the Ministry of Health to implement lean management processes through the Merck and Pfizer fellowship programmes.
